What to Expect:

There is a special kind of magic to the Aran Islands. Rain or shine, the island will leave a lasting impression. Our aim with this retreat is to help you blow off the cobwebs and emerge uplifted, rested yet invigorated.

This is a 4 night break you can enjoy on your own or with friends.

Inis Mór is the biggest of the Aran Islands which is located in an Irish speaking ‘Gaeltacht’. The island is steeped in layers of history from Romans to Monks, local fishing traditions and pre historic settlements. With our native tongue spoken casually amongst the islanders – it will light you up!

What is included:

We organise everything and you sit back and relax! Sinead Garry will be your guide for trip.

Chair yoga, meditation and body work each morning.

4 nights fabulous accommodation 5 mins from a beautiful beach

4 delicious cooked Breakfasts with continental bufffet

Coach transport return Limerick to Rosaveel Ferry

The Ferry is an additional €30pp unless you have the Free Travel pass in which case your ferry is free

Here is a rough idea of what to expect (subject to change depending on how the day unfolds and the energy of the group)


We look forward to seeing you at this yoga and sound bath experience. We hope to take you into a deep relaxation experience using gentle movement and Tibetan bowls and finishing with delicious food. 


 9.30am  –   Arriving

10.00am  – Opening Circle and Cacao ceremony where we will learn more about Cacao and do some meditative practices or journeying followed by

A gentle yoga practice incorporating restorative yoga poses and yoga Nidra (designed for the beginner no experience needed)

11.45 pm – Sound Bath with Brenda Ryan using Tibetan bowls and Gong (90 min approx)

Closing followed by
1.30pm –  Tea Coffee Healthy treats from Nourish by Nature


What to bring ( we can provide but if you prefer to use you own)

  • Your own cup (250mls)
  • Yoga mat
  • A bolster (if you have one)
  • A yoga strap
  • Any props you like
  • Blanket, pillows and cushions for cosiness and warmth
  • Eye pillow
