Half day retreat

Yoga and Sound Bath Sunday

October 31st

10am to 2pm

Cost: €45

Here is a rough idea of what to expect (subject to change depending on how the day unfolds and the energy of the group)


We look forward to seeing you at this yoga and sound bath experience. We hope to take you into a deep relaxation experience using gentle movement and Tibetan bowls and finishing with delicious food. 


 9.30am  –   Arriving

10.00am  – Start – Yoga 90 minutes gentle yoga incorporating restorative yoga poses and yoga Nidra ( designed for the beginner)

11.30 am – Break for tea coffee healthy treats

11.45 pm – Sound Bath with Brenda Ryan using Tibetan bowls and Gong (90 min)

Closing followed by
1.30pm –  Healthy delicious lunch


What to bring ( we can provide but if you prefer to use you own)

  • Yoga mat
  • A bolster (if you have one)
  • Any props you like
  • Blanket, pillows and cushions for cosiness and warmth
  • Eye pillow

Halloween Yoga & Crafts Camp

October 27th, 28th, 29th 2021

We are excited to announce this upcoming camp!

Who is is suitable for? – 2nd class to 6th class

Time : 10am to 2pm each day

Cost: €70 ( which includes cost of materials)

During this camp we will practice yoga poses and tools in a fun and age appropriate way. This is a great opportunity to introduce children to the benefits of yoga as a supportive life tool. We will have a range of arts and crafts every day and fun games indoor and outdoor.

Friday Yoga Online
– Unwind and Restore

Relax and unwind with no wine!

What to Expect From and Online Yoga Retreat:

Take this chance to explore and to dive a little deeper into meditation, breathwork (pranayama) and yogic practices with this 2-hour online retreat. Add some deeper relaxation and self-care to the end of the week. Hopefully, this will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and rested.

Schedule:

7pm- Welcome followed by guided meditation.
7.30pm- Restorative nurturing slow paced Yoga.
8.45pm- Guided Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)
9.00pm- Finish
Please Note: Timetable may be tweaked as inspiration flows but start and end time will remain the same.

What you will need for the retreat:

A yoga mat, any props you like – blocks, cushions, bolsters, blanket, a strap (belt or scarf to use as a strap).
Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Turn down the lights, maybe light some candles and choose a mellow playlist. Bring the intention to release and unwind and enjoy the journey we will take together.
