Friday Yoga Online- Unwind and Restore

What to Expect From and Online Yoga Retreat:
Take this chance to explore and to dive a little deeper into meditation, breathwork (pranayama) and yogic practices with this 2-hour online retreat. Add some deeper relaxation and self-care to the end of the week. Hopefully, this will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and rested.
7pm- Welcome followed by guided meditation.
7.30pm- Restorative nurturing slow paced Yoga.
8.45pm- Guided Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)
Please Note: Timetable may be tweaked as inspiration flows but start and end time will remain the same.
What you will need for the retreat:
A yoga mat, any props you like – blocks, cushions, bolsters, blanket, a strap (belt or scarf to use as a strap).
Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Turn down the lights, maybe light some candles and choose a mellow playlist. Bring the intention to release and unwind and enjoy the journey we will take together.
Children’s Yoga & Crafts Camps

To join this class you will have completed at least 8 weeks of the Level 1 foundations class. This class will work at a faster pace incorporating all of the exercises you learned in Level 1 with more advanced options and dynamic flows. You will work up a sweat and work hard. We will use equipment and there will be standing lying down and seated postures.
